Cancelled Sessions
If you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours notice, your session fee will be deducted from your account (i.e. you will be charged the full amount). For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, the fee paid will remain on your account and can be used for a future appointment.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before. But cannot be rescheduled after 48 hours.
Why We Have A Cancellation Policy
While this may be difficult to hear, the policy is put in place to safeguard the service and the practitioners time. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, i'm unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this I do not give refunds unless there are very exceptional circumstances and this would be at the discretion of the Arantxa De Dios Hypnotherapy.
Arantxa De Dios Hypnotherapy does not refund full or part programmes. You have a period of 12 months to use your sessions after the date of the first booking.
Full or part programmes are not transferable.
Late Arrival or Missed Sessions
Please if you are going to be late for your session either face to face or virtual contact Arantxa De Dios directly arantxadedios@gmail.com
Session will always finish at the designated time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me to tell me you will be late I will assume you are not coming and will consider that as a cancellation without the required 48 hours notice. If you have contacted me and are later than 15 minutes the session viability is at the discretion of the or actions.
Session Refusal
Arantxa De Dios Hypnotherapy will not complete sessions if you show signs of being intoxicated or unable to fully engage due to substance use. I will not continue sessions if you present threatening or inappropriate behaviour. I will not refund a session cancelled due to the above.
Virtual Sessions
I will, where possible, make allowances for technical problems. I will contact you before the session is due to start and if you are unavailable will try again a few minutes later. If i am unable to deliver due to technical issues my end I will do our best to reschedule the session for you.
Confidentiality
Is an integral part of therapy and is seen as essential to building the therapeutic relationship and ensuring the client’s sense of safety and trust in my services.
Arantxa De Dios Hypnotherapy operates in a confidential way in order to encourage the client to be as open and honest as possible. During the process personal experiences and sensitive information is often disclosed. It is very important, therefore, that the client has trust in the therapist and knows that anything they disclose remains confidential.
The only circumstances in which confidentiality may be broken, is if there was a serious risk to the client’s life or the life of other people. There are also rare circumstances where a therapist may be required by law to disclose client information. Wherever possible, this will be discussed with the client beforehand and everything done to ensure that the client is fully aware and informed of procedures. If this is not possible the therapist will use their professional discretion.
Expiration Date for Private Session Packages
All packages expire 12 months after the date of purchase. This is to allow for illness, travel, availability of the hypnotherapist and anything else unexpected that could arise. This is also to ensure that the client will do their very best to schedule their sessions on a weekly basis to allow for the greatest amount of transformation to take place.
Refund
All sales of sessions are final. If you cancel your session within 48 hours, the session will sit as credit on Arantxa De Dios Hypnotherapy account but won’t be refunded to your bank account.
